SHOP POLICY
GENERAL
The Bubble Chandeliers are original designs by PELLE. Each light is hand built to order in our Brooklyn NY studio. Please review carefully below our sales policies for payment, lead times, shipping, and returns/exchanges. Sales tax will apply to New York state purchases.
PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, checks, and bank wires for international orders. Please make checks payable to: PELLE DESIGNS LLC and mail to: 201 Richards St. Suite 105 Brooklyn NY 11231.
LEAD TIME, RUSH ORDERS AND SHIPMENT
Small and Medium (Original) have a lead time of 10-15 business days from date of sale; Large, X-Large, and Pendant have a lead time of 15-20 business days from date of sale; Tall, X-Tall, Jumbo and Gilded lights have a lead time of 20-25 business days from date of sale unless otherwise stated. Rush ordering is available for a fee, are immediately processed and completed as fast as the studio can handle. Rush fees are as follows: ($200/S/M/L) ($300/X-L/Tall/Pend) ($500/Jumbo/X-Tall/Gild). Shipment is through USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. Each light fixture is securely packaged and shipped in its own padded box. Jumbo and X-Tall lights ship via UPS Ground.
RETURN POLICY
All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. If items arrive damaged, please contact PELLE via email or phone within 10 days to make a claim. Note that a 7% restocking fee will be charged for any returned item. If items arrive damaged and not in their original condition, refunds will not be issued. Custom orders are unique and therefore non-refundable/exchangeable.
